2022.10杀大鱼”“寻仙求药”的传说佳话。
第一次东巡，秦始皇遇到方士徐福，听他说海上有三座神山，名叫蓬莱、方丈、瀛洲，上面都住着神仙，只要到他们就能得到长生不老之药，便派徐福率童男童女入海求取仙药。第二次东巡，秦始皇自认为功成名就，登岛远眺时心情大好，便命丞相李斯撰文刻石，颂其功德，留下了著名的《之罘刻石》和《东观刻石》。第三次东巡，
秦始皇听说徐福求取仙药失败是因为海中有大鱼阻拦，便亲率精锐下海搜寻，最终用连弩将大鱼射杀，然后满怀希望地送徐福出海。遗憾的是，这一次徐福如泥牛入海般踪迹全无，秦始皇至死也没有见到他梦寐以求的仙药。
秦始皇求长生不老，终究没有寻到仙药，未遂其愿，但给烟台留下了许多美丽动人的传说故事，代代流传。

The sea surface in the north of downtown Yantai is embedded with an island shaped like Reishi Mushroom—
Zhifu Island. As high as 298 meters in its main peak and as broad as 9 kilometers from east to west, it is a land-tied island largest in China and most typical in the world. It is surrounded by the sea in three directions and connected to the south by a pathway.
