网络求职对大学生求职的影响及建议
摘要
公务员脑筋急转弯考题在我国互联网不断发展的背景下，大学生求职行为也受到了极大的影响，传统的通过人才市场投递简历和面试的方式被进一步拓展，大学生可以通过互联网更加便利、高效地同更多的企业展开沟通和交流，增加了大学生求职的有效性，提升了求职的广度和效率。但是，从实际情况来看，虽然网络给大学生提供了有益的求职帮助，但是在实践应用中，大学生在网络求职时仍然存在一些不利影响。基于此，本文以此为研究对象，探讨网络求职对大学生的影响及相应的完善对策，为大学生网络求职效率的提升提供帮助。

Abstract
In the continuous development of the Internet in China under the background of College students'ap
plying behavior has also been a great influence, the traditional resume and interview by way of the talent market was further expanded, students can use the Internet more convenient and efficient with more and more enterprises to carry out communication and exchanges, increase the effectiveness of College students' employment, enhance the the scope and efficiency of job seekers. However, from the actual situation, although the network provides college students a useful job search help, but in practice, college students still have some adverse effects when they apply for jobs on the internet. Based on this, this article takes this as the research object, discusses the influence of network job hunting on college students and the corresponding countermeasures, and provides help for the promotion of College Students' online job search efficiency..
