北京国企央企2021年社会招聘This picture vividly show a particularly mon phenomenon that more and more college students who have low diplomas cannot find the satisfying jobs. That is to say, they have great trouble in finding fairly satisfactory jobs.
Here are some reasons why some university students with lower degrees have difficulty in getting good jobs. On one hand, more and more students are enrolled by the universities and colleges year after year, and the number is still getting larger and larger. On the other hand, quite a few employers believe that the higher degree the students have, the more petent they will bee, so the panies try to recruit some high quality workers with higher diplomas.
In a word, education plays a significant role in acquiring a good job, however,just as the say
ing goes, don’t judge a book only by its cover, so it is not wise to interview a student by his educational background. In my opinion, we should not only put a great emphasis on the higher diplomas, but also try our utmost to raise our prehensive abilities to a higher level, only in this way can we find ourselves highly-paid jobs.

低学历毕业生不到满意的工作有多方面的原因。一方面大学每年都在招收越来越多的学生，并且数量还在增加。另一方面绝大多数的雇主坚信学历越高，才能越大。因此公司都愿意招收高学历的高素质毕业生。
国家部委招公务员条件总之，高学历在工作中起着举足轻重的作用，但是就像俗话说的`那样，“不能以貌取人”，所以只用学历来判断一个人的才能是不明智的。依本人愚见，我们不仅应该重视高学历，而且应该把自己的综合才能进步到一个更高的水准，只有这样才能到满意的高薪工作。国考资料
