like?

What's he like? 他是什么样的人?[句式结构]” like?" 意为“....怎么样?”这一句型既 可以用来询问人的外貌或品质、个性,也可以询问对某事物的意见。
-What's the girl like? 那个女孩是 个什么样的人?
She's kind and beautiful. 她善良又漂亮。
What's it like studying in Spain? 在西班牙念书怎么样?

①“What do/ look like?"意为.....长/是什么样子?”用来询问某人/物的外貌、特征。
-What does May look like? 梅长什么样?
-She is not tall, and she has straight, shoulder-length hair. 她个子不高,留着齐肩直发。
②"What do/does sb like?" 意为“某人喜欢什么?”用来询问某人的喜好。like 作动词,意为“喜欢”。-What does Millie like?米莉喜欢什么?
-She likes dolls. 她喜欢玩具娃娃。

seem与不定式构成复合谓语

句式结构
seem to do sth意为“看来!似平....”,此时句型中的seem与不定式构成复合谓语。
Mrs Black doesn't seem to like the idea.布莱克夫人似乎不喜欢这个主意。
The man seemed 10 have changed much.这个人看起来变化很大。

系动词seem的其他用法:
①用于”主语+ seem (s)/seemed( + to be) +表语”句型,表语多为名词或形容词,有时是短语,以说明主语的特征或状态。
Tony seems (to be) a very clever boy.托尼看上去是一个非常聪明的男孩。
②用于“It seems +that 从句”结构,that可省略。
It seems ( that) no one knows what happened.似乎没人知道发生了什么。

句式结构
come on用来表示催促以及鼓励、劝诱、唤起注意等,意为“来吧;赶快;好啦得了吧”等。
(1)用来表示鼓励、劝说等,,意为“来吧;快点”。
Come on, Bill, tell me,and I won’t tell anybody else.来吧,比尔,告诉我吧,我不会告诉别人的。
(2)用来催促别人快走(做) ,意为“快点”。
Come on, Mr Wang is waiting for us at the school gate. 快点,王老师正在校门口等我们呢。
(3)表示责备或不耐烦,意为“得啦;行啦;够啦”。
Come on, don't sit there dreaming.得啦,别坐在那儿做白日梦了。
(4)用于体育竞赛等场合鼓励队员,意为“加油”。
Come on! Come on!" shouted the audience again and again.“"加油!加油!”观众们一遍又一遍地喊。

as... as...的用法

①Mr Wu is as happy as the two 9吴老师和这两个女孩-祥高兴。
②The two girls are not a5 tall aS Mr Wu.这两个女孩没有吴老师高。
句式结构
as... as...意为“与....-样.....”,中间加开词或副词的原级,,表示同级的比较。
1.肯定形式as... as...表示“和-..-样.....”
This book is as interesting as that one.这本书和那本书一样有趣。
I can run as fast as my brother.我可以跑得和我哥一样快。
2.否定形式not as ... 表示“和....不-样....;不如----.”
This building is not as tall as that one.这栋楼没有那栋高。
He doesnt study as/so hard as his brother.他学习不如他弟弟努力。

Wang Mei speaks English as         as Yang Lan, They both study English hard.

解析
as... as之间用形容词或副词的原级,又因设空处所填词修饰动词speaks ,故使用副词well。

句式结构
用于连接两个并列的成分,着重强调后者,意为“不仅...而. ......和.-...都”,其中的also有时可以省略。

①若 连接两个成分作主语,其谓语通常与靠近的主语保持一致。
Not only I but also my mother likes to 90 to the garden. 我和我的妈妈都喜欢去花园。
②若连接两个句子,not only后面的句子要用倒装结构。
Not only did he speak Chinese more correctly,but he spoke more easily.他讲汉语不仅讲得更正确,而且讲得更轻松了。
