摘要
本文通过对诺贝尔科学奖获得者所具备的创新精神进行研究以及对我国现阶段创新型人才培养的现状进行分析，深入探讨了诺贝尔科学奖获得者所具备的创新精神对我国创新型人才培养模式中所存在的一些不足提供了哪些具有借鉴性意义的方法和实现途径。文章通过对诺贝尔科学奖的奖项考察，指出了诺贝尔科学奖在百年人类科技发展史上具有举足轻重的作用，揭示了诺贝尔科学奖已经超过了奖项本身的存在意义而成为了人类攀爬科学顶峰的象征。接着，笔者以创新精神所必备的因素入手，以诺贝尔科学奖获奖史上的数十位具有代表性的获奖者为例，深入研究了这些获奖者的经典案例给世人所带来的启示，以及在此基础上对这些获奖者的创新精神进行进一步的总结归纳，指出这些获奖者的创新精神是人类共同拥有的财富并具有十分重要的借鉴意义和激励作用。然后，笔者本着实事求是的精神，以数据分析、新闻报道和文献资料为依据，运用多种手法对我国现阶段创新型人才的培养现状进行了有针对性的调查和了解，尤其在对我国现阶段培养创新型人才过程对自主创新等关键因素的研究上倾注了大量精力，深入反思我国的自主创新能力与发达国家相比存在着滞后局面的根本原因，并提出了较为独特的观点和建议。在最后结尾部分，笔者着重研究了诺贝尔科学奖获得者的创新精神和创新型人才培养之间的联系和作用。在揭示出诺贝尔科学奖获得者的创新精神对创新型人才培养具有的重要意义和有力支持后，从创新的激励机制方面入手以比较研究的方法分别从人才机制、育人环境、教育制度、高校质量、学生培养、科研精神等方面对我国创新型人才培养提出了具有参考意义的培养途径。

1．1问题的提出
本人自2009年9月入读郑州大学马克思主义学院科学技术哲学以来，一直在导师的指导和规划下对诺
贝尔奖进行研究。通过阅读大量的关于诺贝尔奖方面的书籍和资料，我们不难发现，诺贝尔奖不仅是举世瞩目的最高科学研究奖项，更是一种创新的激励机制。尤其是诺贝尔自然科学奖，包括物理奖，化学奖，以及生物或医学奖，其创新激励机制显得尤为明显。当前我国已经到了经济发展转型期的攻坚阶段，创新型人才培养工作比任何时期都显得尤为重要，它不仅为我国建设有中国特社会主义创新型社会和全面建设小康社会提供了强有力的智力保障和人才保证，更是在另一个侧面反映了创新型人才承载着国家自主创新的艰巨任务。我们不仅要摆脱现实中在国际竞争中处于劣势的地位，我们更要在不久的将来实现中华民族的伟大复兴。因此，创新型人才必须具备良好的献身精神和进取意识、强烈的事业心和历史责任感等可贵的创新品质。那么，诺贝尔自然科学奖能在创新方面给我们创新型人才培养提出哪些可供借鉴的宝贵经验呢?进入毕业选题阶段后，在导师赵兴太教
授的指导下，笔者决定把重点集中在诺贝尔自然科学奖对我国创新型人才培养的激励机制的研究上，希望通过笔者的研究，能为我国的的创新型人才的培养方面尽一份绵薄之力。
1．2选题背景
100多年来的诺贝尔自然科学奖发展史，被人类看做是20世纪科学发展历程的缩影。纵观百年诺贝尔自然科学奖的评奖，颁奖历程，对其技术创新成果进行定量，定性地分析，不仅可以缅怀诺贝尔自然科学奖为人类科技事业的发展所作出的贡献，而且也可以激励后人不断去探索，开拓未知领域，以促进科学技术的发展和人类社会的全面进步。
诺贝尔自然科学奖是世界无数科学家不懈的追求、向往的目标。此奖以其创新性为显著特征成为科学家们攀登科学高峰的不懈动力和终极追求。从由此可见，创新是诺贝尔自然科学奖的必要条件，而诺贝尔自然科学奖是对人类创
