摘 要:“银行排队难”已成为当前众反映最为强烈的突出问题。本文以我国四大银行之一中国工商银行为例,设计了一款基于Andriod手机用户的掌上排队软件。该APP利用手机、平板等移动终端设备的便携性,实现了用户足不出户就能实时掌握所在城市各工商银行营业点的排队情况,科学选择出行时间、地点,错峰办理金融业务,有效提高了银行的服务效率,化解了客户体与银行的尖锐矛盾,对城市交通、金融服务压力起到很好的缓解作用。

Abstract:"Long waits in the bank" has become a heated issue for citizens.Taking the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC),one of China's Big Four national bank
s,as a case,this paper designs a mobile queuing application running on Android devices.Along with the portability of mobile terminals like smart phones and tablets,the application can inform the users of the queuing and car-parking situations in each local ICBC branches. Accordingly,the users can make sensible choice on branches and avoid peak hours to conduct their financial business.The application can improve the efficiency of banking services,resolves the sharp contradiction between customers and banks,and relieves the pressure on urban transportation and financial services.
