应用型本科高校“一流”学科建设中
学科、专业、课程的关系探析*

双一流高校名单
2015年10月，国务院发布《统筹世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》（以下简称“双一流”建设），提出“双一流”建设要建设一流师资队伍、培养拔尖创新人才、提升科学研究水平、传承创新优秀文化、着力推进成果转化五大建设任务。这些任务都是围绕学科而定的，学科是大学的核心技术领域。“双一流”建设总体方案出台后，我国不少省市随后也出台了打造“双一流”计划，对接国家计划，掀起了新一轮的高等教育建设运动。2017年9月，教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委员会公布了世界一流大学和一流学科名单，42所入选“一流大学建设高校”，95所入选“一流学科建设高校”，其中不乏地方高校的入围，这意味着国家“双一流”建设打破了原来“985工程”、“211工程”的壁垒，为地方高校也赢得了机遇。目前我国高校学科建设进行的如火如荼，但是对学科还存在认识误区：一是把学科建设等同于科研，认为学科建设就是搞科研，为提高科研水平，各高校拉开了人才大战的序幕，不惜重金拦人才的现象接连发生；二是把学科建设等同于专业建设，认为学科建设就是上点新专业，赶潮流。
作为以培养应用型人才为主、以培养本科生为主、以教学为主、以面向地方为主的应用型本科高校，如何抓住这次教育运动契机，提升自己的学科水平，通过学科水平的提升来提高学校的知名度和竞争力，提高教育教学质量，培养更多更好用的应用型创新人才，更好的为地方经济发展服务，这是摆在应用型本科高校面前的一个亟待解决的问题。实际上，学科建设、专业建设和课程建设是高校发展的永恒任务，只是不同类型的高校三者建设的侧重点不同而已。对于应用型本科高校如何进行学科、专业和课程建设，办出自己的特和水平，应结合学校自身特点以及地方经济发展需求，围绕应用型，以学科建设为核心，以专业建设为根本，以课程建设为媒介，走学科、专业、课程一体化建设之路。
一、以学科建设为核心，培育和发展特优势学科
学科是知识分类体系，同时又是一种制度安排，是大学发展的核心要素。《辞海》中把学科定义为“学术的分类，即一定科学领域或一门科学的分类或教学科目，即教学内容的基本单位[1]。”学科建设的任务是建设一支创新水平高、科研能力强、结构合理的科研队伍，同时能够吸收学科前沿的
摘要：学科建设、专业建设、课程建设是高校永恒的任务，是培养创新型人才的重要举措。本研究探讨了应用型本科高校“一流”学科建设中，应以学科建设为核心，选准特学科研究方向，打造特优势学科；以专业建设为根本，准专业口，制定应用型人才培养计划和目标，培养适应职场的创新型应用人才；以课程建设为媒介，优化课程结构，课程凸显应用性，保证教育教学质量；坚持走学科、专
业、课程一体化协同发展的道路，学科建设为专业和课程建设服务，专业和课程的发展推动学科水平的提高，三者紧密联系，互为发展，不可分割。

Abstract:Discipline construction,specialty construction and curriculum construction are the eternal tasks of colleges and univer-sities,which is an important measure to cultivate innovative talents.This study discusses the construction of applied undergraduate colleges and universities in the construction of the three,taking the subject construction as the foundation,selecting the research di-rection of the characteristic subject,and creating the characteristic advantage discipline.Taking professional construction as the foun-dation,we should find the professional entrance,formulate the plan and goal of talent training,and train the innovative applied tal-ents to adapt to the work place.Taking curriculum construction as the medium to optimize the curriculum structure,the curriculum highlights the applicability and guarantees the quality of education and teaching;adheres to the path of coordinated development of disciplines,majors and curriculum integration,discipline construction for professional and curriculum construction,and the development of disciplines and courses.The improvement of the three are closely linked,inseparable each other.
