Dear Sir or Madam, I am Li Hua, a junior student studying in our school. I'm writing this letter to provide proposals to help our library build a better environment for the students. My suggestions are as follows. First of all, although our libraries have offered a wealth of printed books, our e-reading resources are relatively lacking.
