究方法，对安徽省26所普通高校3200名大学生假日体育锻炼现状进行了调查与分析，结果表明：安徽省普通高校大学生对假日体育锻炼有正确的认知和积极的态度；参与假日体育锻炼的动机主要有增强体质、掌握锻炼方法、丰富业余生活和调节身心；锻炼项目以球类、武术和健美操为主；锻炼形式主要是单独活动；影响和制约大学生参与假日体育锻炼的两大因素是场地与器材设施不足和组织管理不力。湖南人才市场网

Abstract:Through multiple research methods ，for example ，consulting documents and datas ，sending questionaires interviewing experts ，conducting maths statistics and contrast analysis ，this paper makes investigation on holidays ise of 3200college students with the 26normal colleges The result shows that college students of Anhui province ，have right concept and active attitude on holidays ise ；the main motivation is to enhanee physical fithess ，learn exercise methods ，enrich their free life ，and maintain healthy mentality,ball games and martial arts ，and calisthenics are still the major,items of choice ；the situation of exercise is mainly to by o

高校体育是高等教育中的一个重要组成部分，是形成良好的终身体育意识和行为习惯的关键时期，大学生假日体育锻炼意识与态度是他们参加假日体育锻炼的主要动力，是体育动机的一种外在表现形式，并直接影响其锻炼的效果。假日体育锻炼作为课余体育活动的重要内容，是大学生课余生活的重要组成部分，它不仅能够丰富学生的课余生活，而且有助于增强学生体质，对增强学生终身体育意识，培养学生体育能力，形成体育习惯具有重要作用。
因此，对大学生的假日体育锻炼意识及活动现状进行调查与分析，有助于针对性地安排体育教学内容，指导学生科学从事假日体育锻炼，丰富终身体育内涵。
